Easter 2024. ♥️

He is not here; he has risen! Remember how he told you, while he was still with you in Galilee: ‘The Son of Man must be delivered over to the hands of sinners, be crucified and on the third day be raised again.’ -Luke 24:6‭-‬7 NIV

Gracious and merciful Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior,

Help us never to take for granted this huge gift of love, from you, on our behalf. Your death. Your crucifixion. Help us to be reminded of the cost of it all. The beauty in it all. The love in it all. Forgive us for being too busy or distracted by other things and not fully recognizing what you have freely given and have done for us.

Thank you Lord, that by your wounds, we are healed. Thank you that because of your loving sacrifice, we can live freely. Thank you that sin and death have been conquered and that your power is everlasting.

Lord Jesus, we don’t deserve you. Never have, never will. It is truly a blessing, a privilege, and an honor to have been saved by you. Thank you.

Bless your name, Lord.

Your holy, righteous, and sovereign name, Amen.

Good Friday 2024. 🖤

But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed. We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to our own way; and the Lord has laid on him the iniquity of us all. -Isaiah 53:5‭-‬6 NIV

Dear Father God,

Today, we remember the pain and suffering at Calvary and all that our savior Jesus Christ was willing to endure so we could be set free from our sins. He paid the price, such a great sacrifice, to offer us the gift of eternal life. Thank you for your son, our Lord, and savior.

In honor of Jesus’s crucifixion and sacrifice, may this world and social media go dark to honor his death.

May every knee bow.

Amen.

✨️Pray with me…

Father God, your word declares in ‭‭Psalms 55:22 to cast our cares on you, and you will sustain us; that you will never let the righteous be shaken.

I pray peace upon every weary soul. I pray strength upon every exhausted believer. I pray comfort upon every burdened child of yours.

May they all walk with the knowledge of knowing that nothing in this world can not overtake your grace, your mercy, and your love.

Bless your name Father. Above all.

In Jesus’ sovereign, holy and righteous name, Amen.✨️

God’s Plan.

My God! Stand firm on God’s word and His promises. When the INTERVIEWER gets exhorted and lifted in spirit by two anointed women of God! Whew! Father continue using those called to speak life and hope into those who are weary and burdened. Bless your name Jesus. 🙌🏼

‭‭Psalms‬ ‭55:22‬

It’s easy to get distracted by life and the problems that it brings. In an effort to provide some relief, we often, as humans, want a quick fix. But seldom are those quick fixes in life fixes at all. As believers, we must understand that even God’s miracles and resolutions can take time and require patience.

Your burdens, trials, tribulations, and storms may be the result of unforeseen circumstances and external sources that were completely out of your control. On the contrary, they may be a result of our own mistakes and free will decisions. Either way, we must take responsibility and accountability for what we can and know that God will be there every step. God is well aware that there are things that are out of our control and realizes that there is evil in this fallen world. He also realizes that evil may come at our expense, but there is no need to make excuses or worry.

It’s imperative to look at your life and situation from a realistic perspective and begin seeing the circumstances through eyes filled with truth. If you continue to make excuses and distort reality, there will be no progression. As believers, God is asking us to bring our burdens to him and accept responsibility, repent, and begin moving forward with our newfound freedom. Bringing your burdens to God and owning your role in them allows God to make transformative changes in your life and situation.

God’s love for his children will never change. There is nothing we can do that can make God love us any less than he does. We were created by God, and we remain His for better and for worse. Please remember that God’s mercy and grace are sufficient and will be all we will ever need in every moment.

The glory that awaits…

Heavenly Father,

My pain sometimes feels overwhelming, but I know that you see, understand, and offer comfort to me in those heartbreaking moments. Help me keep my eyes on your eternal promise, knowing that today’s trials can’t compare to the glory that awaits. May I never lose sight of your will and purpose for my life. I lean on your strength, trust in your love, and stand firm on your word.

In Jesus’ sovereign, righteous and holy name. Amen. 🩷
